This Refund and Withdrawal Policy applies to digital courses purchased from Service Business Courses through servicebusinesscourses.com or app.servicebusinesscourses.com.
Service Business Courses is operated by SGC DIGITAL BITE INDUSTRIES LTD, registered office Neda Center, 1st floor, Office 1B, 9 Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue, 3070 Limassol, Cyprus.
This Policy distinguishes between:
These rights are separate.
If you are a Consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction providing an equivalent right, you will generally have 14 days from formation of the distance contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to the digital-content rules below.
To exercise a valid withdrawal right, send an unambiguous statement to info@servicebusinesscourses.com before the applicable period expires. You may use the model form at the end of this Policy, but it is not mandatory.
Our courses are supplied digitally. At checkout, you may request and expressly consent to immediate delivery before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. You will also be asked to acknowledge that you lose your statutory withdrawal right once delivery of the digital content begins.
When:
you no longer have the statutory right to withdraw merely because you changed your mind.
If we did not obtain legally valid consent and acknowledgement, or did not provide the legally required confirmation, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Unless a separate money-back guarantee is expressly displayed on the product page or checkout at the time of purchase, we do not offer a voluntary change-of-mind refund after immediate digital access has begun.
If we advertise a specific money-back guarantee, its written terms form part of your purchase and will be honoured. A voluntary guarantee does not limit mandatory legal rights.
The loss of a withdrawal right does not remove your legal rights if the course:
Please notify us at info@servicebusinesscourses.com with details of the problem. Where applicable, we will first seek to restore access or bring the digital content into conformity within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. If that is impossible, disproportionate, unsuccessful or not completed as required by law, you may be entitled to an appropriate price reduction or termination and refund.
We may reasonably ask for screenshots, device/browser information or other details needed to diagnose an access problem. You are not required to provide information unrelated to the issue.
If you believe you were charged twice or a payment was unauthorised, contact info@servicebusinesscourses.com promptly. We will investigate with Stripe and return any confirmed duplicate payment. Suspected unauthorised payments may also be reported to your payment provider.
Email info@servicebusinesscourses.com and include:
We will confirm receipt without undue delay and may ask for information reasonably necessary to locate the transaction.
Approved refunds will be made without undue delay and, where a statutory withdrawal applies, no later than the period required by law. Refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed and lawful.
We do not charge a fee for issuing an approved statutory refund. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time after we initiate the refund.
When a contract is validly terminated, your course access may end and you must stop using or distributing the course and its downloads.
This Policy does not restrict your right to contact your card issuer. However, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue promptly. Knowingly making a false claim of unauthorised payment or misrepresenting the transaction may constitute fraud.
Send complaints to info@servicebusinesscourses.com. If we cannot resolve a Consumer complaint directly, you may contact the consumer authority or an appropriate alternative dispute-resolution body in your country.
Cyprus consumers may contact the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service. Consumers resident in another EU Member State, Iceland or Norway may contact the European Consumer Centre in their country for assistance with a cross-border complaint against a Cyprus trader.
The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued and is therefore not referenced as a complaint-submission route.
Complete and return this form only if you retain and wish to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal.
